IO Technologies

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of IO Suite and the services IO Technologies LLC ("IO Technologies", "we", "us") makes available through it. By creating an account or connecting an external platform to IO Suite, you agree to these terms.

What IO Suite is

IO Suite is a multi-tenant platform that helps businesses organize their conversations and operations across the platforms they already use — Meta (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), Shopify, SMS, and others. Each business that connects is a tenant; tenants do not see each other's data.

Your account

Acceptable use

Don't use IO Suite to send spam, harass recipients, deceive customers, infringe on intellectual property, distribute malware, evade rate limits, or violate the rules of any platform IO Suite connects to (Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Shopify Acceptable Use Policy, carrier A2P policies, etc.). We may suspend or terminate access if we detect or are notified of misuse.

Termination

You can disconnect any external platform or close your account at any time. We will delete or anonymize your data per the data deletion process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose risk to other tenants or the platforms IO Suite connects to. We will notify you when this happens unless legal process prevents us from doing so.

Service warranty

We work hard to keep IO Suite reliable. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" — we don't make warranties beyond what the law requires. We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or message delivery failures caused by upstream providers (Meta, Twilio, Infobip, AWS, the merchant's own SIM carrier) outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IO Technologies' total liability for any claim related to IO Suite is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we knew such damages were possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as IO Suite evolves. Material changes are posted at this URL with a revised "last updated" date. If we make a change that materially reduces your rights, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to pursue claims locally.
