From signup to first reply, in minutes.

IO Suite onboards merchants through Meta's Embedded Signup and uses Platform Data only to power the merchant's own customer communication.

STEP 01

Embedded Signup

Merchant connects their WhatsApp Business Account and Facebook Pages through Meta's standard Embedded Signup flow inside IO Suite.

STEP 02

Channels link up

Customer messages, conversation history and the merchant's business profile flow into IO Suite via the official Meta APIs.

STEP 03

AI drafts the reply

The assistant uses the conversation context and the merchant's business profile to draft a faster, more helpful reply for the merchant to review.

STEP 04

Merchant sends

The merchant approves, edits or rewrites the draft — and IO Suite sends the reply back through Meta's APIs to the original customer.

02b · Platform Data

How we use Meta Platform Data.

IO Technologies only uses data obtained from Meta APIs to provide IO Suite to the merchant who owns that data. Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared outside the merchant's own workspace.

Customer messages Displayed to the merchant in the IO Suite inbox so the merchant can read and respond to their own customer conversations.
Conversation history Provided to the AI assistant as context so it can draft a more relevant reply for the merchant.
Merchant business profile Used to ground the AI assistant in the merchant's products, hours, policies and tone of voice.
WhatsApp Business Account ID Used to route messages between IO Suite and the merchant's connected Meta channels.

IO Technologies is a software company that builds communication and payments infrastructure for merchants worldwide. Our flagship product, IO Suite, is a multi-channel customer messaging platform built on top of Meta's Business Platform.

We work with merchants across the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, and South Asia — regions where unified customer communication tools are scarce and where WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram are often the primary channels for commerce. IO Suite gives those merchants a single, professional interface for the conversations that drive their business.

IO Technologies operates as the parent entity behind IO Suite and is responsible for all data handling, compliance, and support associated with the platform.

IO Technologies LLC was founded by 'Ayo Marcelle and is based in Trinidad & Tobago. The team works directly with merchants on every onboarding, and every privacy, support, and data deletion request is answered by a human.
